Pay your way

Reserve any package with a 20% deposit, or buy directly with 50% down — balance is due when your order is packed and ready to ship. Bank transfer in USD, EUR or GBP · cash at our showrooms · WeChat Pay / Alipay for buyers in China.

Ship or collect

We ship worldwide door-to-door with DHL / FedEx / UPS — or collect at the showroom, repack it yourself, and hand it to your own freight forwarder.

Reservation Policy — Clear & Simple

Reserve with 20% deposit — the package is held for you for 10 days. Cancel within the first 7 days and your deposit is refunded minus 5% of the package price. From day 8 the reservation is final, and if the purchase is not completed by day 10 the deposit is forfeited. To buy: 50% down, balance when your order is packed and ready to ship.

Serious buyers are welcome at both warehouses — Istanbul and Dubai, by appointment. Book a visit on WhatsApp, or a live video call where we walk the stock with you, weigh bundles on camera and run a bleach test on request.

Questions, Answered

Is the hair really raw and unprocessed?
Yes — and you don't have to take our word for it. Every package page includes close-up cuticle footage, and we run a bleach test live on video call for any package before you pay.
Can I buy less than a full package?
Packages are priced to sell as listed, but message us — for some lots we can split by bundle weight.
Can I reserve a package before paying in full?
Yes — a 20% deposit holds any package for 10 days. You can cancel within the first 7 days (refund minus 5% of the package price); from day 8 the reservation is final. To complete the purchase: 50% down, balance when the order is packed.
How fast do packages sell?
Fresh lots typically go in 3–10 days. If a package you wanted shows SOLD OUT, tap "Notify me" and you'll be first in line for the next similar lot.
Where does the hair come from?
